Automated import of D&B BIR information - A separate module has been added to the application to import all of the existing D&B Business Information Report data. This helps the customers to import the BIRs they subscribe from D&B seamlessly into the system.

Provision for creation of logical databases - The application provides a logical partitioning of the customer data via a provision called Database. This helps the customers to compartmentalize data and use / dispose data selectively.

Internationalization - localized for Chinese text The whole application is built to support Chinese and English text and is scalable for other languages as well without any change to the application program (only the appropriate text for the new languages need to be placed in few text files and need to be deployed as part of the application)

Internationalized Reports All reports are built with Chinese text support and are scalable / portable to other languages very easily. All the reports have been developed afresh.

Automated Application Installation - Application comes with a localised installer (supports Chinese language and is portable) and installs the entire application in few clicks and is user friendly.

Centralized (Web Based) License Control Application comes with a web based license control mechanism. A separate license server will be deployed as part of the distributor's network. Each customer is provided with the product stamped with a unique license key. During the installation at the customer's site, the application connects to the central license server and register's itself. If further attempts are made to install the same product, the central license server tracks and notifies the distributor with the details of the same (IP, system name etc).

Multiple Application Flavors - Application comes in two flavors, one for corporate (ERS) and the other for small businesses (SBRS).
